We take our matches seriously  

When matching surrogates and intended parents (IPs), some surrogacy agencies give intended parents a database of prospective surrogates to scroll through. But for us, surrogates are far more than a name on a screen.

As a surrogate, you’re looking after a baby for nine months, connecting you to the IP(s) in an incredibly intimate and powerful way. Our goal is to create a bond and trust between surrogates and IPs to make the experience of both parties as fulfilling as possible. 

We believe that the matching process should be approached with personal care and extensive experience. Our founder and president, Cristie Montgomery, personally guides the matching process, which is one of the main reasons we have had such a long history of success. 

We’re with you every step of the way

The health, comfort, and happiness of our clients is paramount to us. From the moment you start your journey with SPS, we’ll be by your side through every step of the process.   

You’ll be assigned a case manager who is available to you 24/7. She will educate you on the entire process, attend all fertility appointments and pregnancy milestone appointments with you, and be there through your labor and delivery. 

Our surrogates also attend monthly support meetings with other surrogates in the program, which are led by a licensed mental health professional who specializes in third party pregnancy. These meetings not only help you navigate the emotional ups and downs of the process, but also give you a sense of community during your journey.

We offer competitive benefits packages

SPS offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in California. Our packages start at $65,000, and additional compensation and add-ons are possible. 

Surrogates will also receive $13,000 in guaranteed extras, which includes:
